Description
The SKD53 16 is a high-power, high-voltage dual diode module engineered for demanding industrial rectification and power conversion applications. It houses two independent diodes within a robust and industry-standard isolated package. Each diode is rated for a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 1600V and a high average forward current of 53A. The diodes feature optimized low forward voltage drop to ensure high efficiency and are designed with soft recovery characteristics to minimize switching losses and electromagnetic interference (EMI). With its excellent surge current handling capability and high electrical isolation, all within a compact EconoDUAL-style package, it delivers a reliable and efficient solution for high-current power stages.
